Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using www.primecraftmedia.com (the Site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Prime Craft Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Prime Craft Media, we, us, our).

2. What this Site is

The Site is the public-facing marketing presence of Prime Craft Media. It exists to share what we do, who we work with, our methodology, our pricing, and the means to start a conversation with us.

The Site does not by itself sell, deliver, or contract for content production, AI avatar production, or any other paid service. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between Prime Craft Media and the client. Nothing on this Site creates an MSA, a proposal, or a binding offer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, book a discovery call, or subscribe to the newsletter. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and only as described in these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, related systems, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect content or data, except for AI engines whose crawlers we have explicitly invited via robots.txt and llms.txt.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
• Impersonate Prime Craft Media or our team in any communication.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, video, logos, methodology names (including NeuroPrint), case studies, blog articles, and design elements, is owned by Prime Craft Media or licensed to us, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission, except that you may share a link to the Site or to a public blog article.

Client testimonials, client names, and follower or revenue figures shown on the Site appear with the client's permission. Those clients retain all rights to their own brands.

6. Content produced for clients

Engagement-specific terms (scope, deliverables, ownership of final content, AI avatar usage rights, and termination) are governed by the MSA and any Statement of Work between Prime Craft Media and the client. The standard arrangement is that the client owns the final content, raw footage, and AI avatar trained on their likeness, with no claw-back if the engagement ends. This Site is not the contract; the MSA is.

7. AI avatar disclosure

For clients who engage Prime Craft Media for AI avatar production, the resulting AI avatar content is disclosed as AI-generated where required by applicable platform rules and state laws. We never use AI avatars to impersonate any person or make medical claims they have not approved. AI avatar training is conducted on the client's signed consent and likeness data only.

8. Newsletter (Scrubs & Scrolls)

By subscribing to Scrubs & Scrolls, you consent to receive marketing emails from Prime Craft Media. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is immediate and free.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party services and websites (including Calendly, Beehiiv, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party site, content, product, or service.

10. No professional advice

Content on the Site, including blog articles, frameworks, scripts, and case studies, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before acting on anything published here.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Craft Media disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Past client results shown on the Site (including follower growth, video reach, and revenue figures) are real but are not guarantees of future results for any other client. Results depend on many factors specific to each healthcare practice and creator.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Craft Media, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct claim relating to use of the Site is limited to $100 USD.

This limitation does not apply to engagements governed by a Master Services Agreement, where liability terms are set within that agreement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Craft Media from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution).

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

16. Dispute resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or remotely by mutual agreement. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Prime Craft Media each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action against the other.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime Craft Media regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements regarding the Site itself. They do not supersede any executed Master Services Agreement.
