Why is Prime Craft more expensive than freelancer-based agencies?
Two reasons. First, every Prime Craft team member only works on healthcare clients — that specialization isn't free. Second, we own the entire stack (strategy + production + editing + distribution) instead of outsourcing pieces. The pricing reflects the headcount required to deliver content that converts to actual booked patients, not just follower count.

What's the minimum commitment?
Six months. We don't do 30-day sprints because real brand-building doesn't happen in 30 days. After the initial 6 months, engagements continue month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.

Is there a setup fee or shoot-day fee?
