Dr. Avi Patel is a practicing US dentist with deep clinical expertise and almost zero time to create content. He came to Prime Craft Media with the same problem every busy clinician has: an audience he wanted to build, a story worth telling, and absolutely no bandwidth to film week after week.
Starting point: 2,000 Instagram followers, 800 YouTube subscribers. No editorial system. No content engine.
The strategy
We started with a NeuroPrint™ session to extract his clinical voice, opinions, and the patient questions he heard most often. Out of that came his 4 content pillars: aesthetic outcomes, patient anxiety, technique deep-dives, and behind-the-scenes practice content.
Then we ran the one shoot day at his practice. Multiple locations inside the office, multiple outfits, deep enough footage library to fuel 12 months of content across Instagram, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts.
The execution
